A few words about us
Original pottery from Bolesławiec, produced by our company, is the trademark of the Bolesławiec city. Continuing the long-standing tradition of our region we use natural raw materials in the pottery production mostly found in the Bolesławiec area. The artistic style of stamped and brushed decoration is a traditional method that has been repeated for many generations.
Pottery is called handicraft when the entire production process takes place without any machines or devices. This is how it works in our factory, the pottery is made from the beginning to the end by hand.
ANDAR Polish Pottery Company was established in 2006 and it is a family business. Our products are characterised by a variety of shapes and decorations. The whole assortment is hand-painted and decorated with traditional methods by people with many years of experience in this field.
The firing technology at a high temperature of 1230 °C, while maintaining traditional production methods, gives the pottery exceptional durability. Thanks to its heat resistance and water-repellency obtained in the firing process, it is perfect for washing in dishwashers, baking in ovens, and for heating in microwave ovens. Moreover, our products are completely safe because the paints and glazes used to make them are cadmium and lead-free.
Our company has been cooperating with contractors from many European, American andAsian countries for years. We also cooperate with a local ceramic school, where we help inthe apprenticeship of young students in the ceramic craft. Our products can be found at exhibitions and in museums in Italy and Poland, as well as at fairs organised in Germany. The dynamic development of the company allows us to undertake new forms of cooperation and to enrich our offer with new shapes and products.
